Who we are n°1 – Mom

A child asks the same question to people of different ages to understand how the meaning of life changes over time.
Who Are We No. 1 – Mom is the first chapter of a documentary series about identity seen through generations, built on an essential experiment: repeating the same question and observing how the answers evolve with age.
From immediate responses to more layered reflections, the film connects distant generations, revealing differences, contradictions, and unexpected points of connection.
The device is simple and radical: no commentary, no mediation, just a recurring question.
The film is directed by a ten-year-old child, and it is precisely this unfiltered perspective that becomes its strength, allowing for rare moments of honesty and authenticity.
