Lorenzo Picarazzi

Lorenzo Picarazzi was born in 1990 in Milan, grew up on Lake Maggiore and returned to Milan in 2010 to undertake studies in philosophy at the State University of Milan completed in 2014 and in cinema and video, at the Academy of Brera, finished in 2018. He works as a video operator and video editor, making short films, documentaries, music videos and video documentation for different realities throughout the country.

His studies and work include the use of dated video formats such as mini DV, the use of found footage, the creation of exhibitions and installations and the filmic transposition of novels and essays.
